BLUE RIBBON FAIR IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM The Florida Federation of Fairs is pleased to sponsor the Blue Ribbon Fair Improvement Program (formerly Merit Awards Program). This program is designed to provide Fairs with important feedback regarding their Fair, highlight improvements and upgrades Fairs have made, reward excellence in the Fair industry within the State of Florida, and promote the exchange of information and knowledge between Fairs. It is also the hope of the Merit Awards Committee that this program will encourage all Fair management and staff to visit as many Fairs as possible.
