FLORIDA FEDERATION OF FAIRS & LIVESTOCK SHOWS, INC. “ASSOCIATE OF THE YEAR” AWARD NOMINATION FORM Beginning with the 2004 Annual Convention, the Florida Federation of Fairs Board of Directors implemented an “Associate of the Year” award. This award recognizes a Federation Associate member that has, and continues to contribute to the success of the Fair industry in Florida. Please consider your nomination, and complete the form. Attach additional documentation if desired. The forms must be submitted by March 12th. Selection of the recipient will be announced at the Convention at the Gala on Saturday night.
