Hosted at the Rosen Plaza Hotel – Orlando, FL
May 15-17, 2025

Trade Show will be held in Grand Ballroom on the ground level

Trade Show Booth Package A: $600.00 Includes: (There is a limited number of spaces available)

  • 1 - 8 x 10 Booth
    • 8' high back wall pipe and drape
    • 33" high side rail pipe and drape
    • (1) Company identification sign (white background, black letters)
    • (1) 6' skirted table
    • (2) side chairs
    • (1) waste basket
  • 1 - Electric in booth (110 amp outlet))
  • One Convention Registrations (invited and encouraged to attend all Table Topics & Sessions)
  • Admissions to Opening Session & President’s Party
  • Does Not include Admission to Gala (see add -ons below)

Trade Show Booth Package B: $500.00 includes:
  • 1 - 8 x 10 Booth
    • 8' high back wall pipe and drape
    • 33" high side rail pipe and drape
    • (1) Company identification sign (white background, black letters)

  • NO ELECTRIC

Optional Add-Ons:
$125.00 Gala Tickets for each person (This is an extra ticket Not included in the Package)

$225.00 each additional convention registration – includes admission to table topics/sessions/President’s Party (Gala not included)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Load in and Load out Information: Associates will enter through the gate and drive around hotel until you see the Associate and Vendor Entrance Only on the building.

Associates will come through the Associate and Vendor Entrance and once you enter the double doors you will check in through the security window. You will need to let the security officer know you are attending the Florida Federation of Fairs Convention and need to go to Ballrooms ABCD on the ground level. You will sign and be instructed where to go, If you need the loading dock, they will give you further instructions. No load in will be allowed through the hotel main doors.

  • Thursday, May 15:
    • 8:30 am – 1:30 pm - Set up in Trade Show
    • 1:30 pm - Mandatory Meeting in Trade Show
    • 3 pm-5 pm - Trade Show Open (cash bar)
  • Friday, May 16:
    • 3 pm – 5 pm - Trade Show Open (cash bar)
  • Saturday, May 17:
    • 7:30 am - Wrap up Meeting in Trade Show
    • 8 am – 10 am - Trade Show Open
    • 10 am – Noon - Tear down in Trade Show (ballroom must be clear by Noon)
