The goal of this award is to recognize leadership and industry contributions of Florida Federation members, age 40 and younger. Nominees not selected will need to be re-submitted each year to be considered. The deadline for nomination will be April 1, 2025. Nominees shall be associated as an employee, volunteer, or board member of a member fair, show, exposition, or exhibition in good standing with the Florida Federation of Fair & Livestock Shows. Nominees shall not have reached their 41st birthday prior to the first day of the Florida Federation of Fairs Convention, May 14, 2025.
